We use different types of access controls they are

1)identification is the process of identifing the identity.

2)authentication is the process of recognizing a users identity.

3)authorization it allows the user to access the files.

4)Mandotary access control type of access control by which the operating system constrains the ability of subject to access or gennerally perform some sort on an object or target.

5)password accesss control polices every one who ever wants to access should enter there password.so that no unauthorized people can access the systems.

6)Discretionary access control is a type of security access control that grants or restricts object access via an access police determined by an objects owner group.

7)Role based access control is a method of restricting network access based on the roles of individual users within a company.RBAC lets employees have access right only to the information they need to do there job and prevent them from accessing other information.

8)Rule based access control allows the system owners to personalize the types of access the user has based on there role within an organition.
