1. Identify the probelem associated with traditional costing methods and describe how activity based costing (ABC) mitigates this concern?

2. Describe the different levels at which activities can occur and tell why this is important for ABC

3. How to understand the overall cost flow from a department to another and how inventory cost are implied

4. What is an equivalent unit of production and what are the conversion costs?

5. Why is it important to differenciate between materials and ocnversion costs?
