As a CEO, My product will be Paintings

Many persons have a habit of collecting Paintings, so we would offer them paintings which were painted by our companies employees.

Here comes our First stage i.e, Planning-

As our market is narrower i.e, number of buyers will be very few we will be having Focused differentiation strategy.

In Focused differentiation strategy we will be offering some unique, different, distint products form competitors. Here we will be asking specifications about painting to costomers like abstract, cubism, etc, or any specific detail they would like to add. Then we will start painting with the specifications of costomer. However all the costomers will not have much knowledge about paintings so we would also provide already painted Paintings for them and they can select from that.

Here we would Have 2 levels of employees

1st level will be paintng

2nd level will be checking the paintings and if required ask painters to make nesesary changes.

here ends 1st stage

Now comes 2nd stage i.e, Sourcing

In the Painting Job we don't need much equipment but we need perfect employes for painting . We would have an interview with employees. We would select the perfect one for this Job. However the majar difficulty here is Time deficiency because as we provide the Paitings after knowing the specifications, it is important to deliver the same within time. So we need to check the efficiency of the painter and also his/her time management skills.

Now comes 3rd stage i.e, Making

Here once a costomer has given any specifications then the Painter perfect for that speification will be alloted with the Job, basing on the type of paintings the allcated time will change. If any Painter is not allocated to any Job then he will be painting the drawings said by the company on analysing the type of drawings mostly sold. That paintings will be sold in readymade category paintings.

Now comes 4th Stage i.e, Delivering

We will generally have 2 type of costomers i.e, Regular and onlime costomers. Irrespective of type of costomers we will be providing two type of services i.e, Take away service and Home delivery service.

In Take away service we will ask the costomer to visit our store and take the painting, In Home delivery we will be delivering the products to them for some delivery charges. Hence for delivering this we will consult one of the best delivery agencies and make contractual agreement with them.

Now comes 5th stage i.e, Returning,

Here if costomer is not satisfied with the product then he may replace the same with other paintings or may be refuned(as he wishes). Here when any costomer has returned the good we will take down the reason. We will cross check the reason specified, if the reason is due to employees inefficiency strict actions will be taken. However we will not accept the damaged or spoiled paintings for return, which are caused after the product is reached to the costomer.
