What if you worked in an agency that required you to formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan based upon your impressions at the time of the initial session?

Answer is as follows:

Before doing any work in an agency or in a company one must have number of skills to determine the desired goals and standards of that agency or company.To make the continous development in our work we always need to make an effective impression from initial to final stage in that journey of work.Then according to the question if i worked in an agency that required me to formulate a digonosis and treatement plan then i will follow the following steps to make an effective impression at the initial stage ,that are :

1. APPERANCE-Firstly the focus will be on the clothes,cleanliness,activeness and fitness.
2. MOOD-How the change in mood can be maintained at the time of that situation.
3. GENERAL BEHAVIOUR-This includes the expression of speech ,face expression,the up and downs in a voice,confidence,pace of communication.
4. FLOW AND CONTENT OF THOUGHT-This includes that the material i used is sufficient to say and how i am representing it nad what is the flow of me after saying each content.
5. ORIENTATION-Here in this i must know the place of my position and wirh respect to time how i am doing justice to that seat.
6. LANGUAGE-IN this my fluency,accent,and the communication skill is judged .I should not use my home language in the place of my job.
7. ATTENTION AND CONCENTRATION-In this ,i will be alert while doing any conversation that whether i am saying wrong or right,
8. ABSTRACT REASONING-Whatever the phrases,metaphorical impressions i will use is understable for the person who is listening me or not.
9. SELF AWARENESS AND INSIGHT-In this,i must have the quality of recalling my thoughts in my mind and able to use my insight while responding.
10. CULTURAL BACKGROUND-It includes ,my cultural impact on my behaviour ,that how i am reacting towards my wors.

So these key steps i will follow to leave a better impression at the initial session.Just to diagonize the problem and to make a sound treatement plan,these steps are not only beneficial for me but also for the clients or interviewers who are going to become the part of our agency.
