There is growing support in certain part of the country, such as Dearborn, Michigan, to create Sharia law based courts based upon the increasing Muslim populations in those areas. There are strong proponents and opponents to create these Muslim courts. What are the reasons to allow/reject these courts and why?
The muslim scholars generally accept the righteous islamic state and there are no considerable divergences among them in this regard. The reasons provided with them are numerous and variegated and what has been presented to the islamic state also attest to its rational preference.Besides many transmitted arguments prove the necessity of a righteous islamic state. The opponents of sharia law argue that it is a totalitarian system because it covers so many aspects of life.Sharia provides rule recommendations and injunctions on a wide range of issues like religious practice, ritual purity, diet, clothing and modesty, inheritence, marriage, business contracts.muslims believe that quaran is the holy book to be the word of God.Opponents allege it as inflexible takes away human choice and therefore is contrary to freedom.some people falsely equate sharia with criminal law which are centuries old followed for punishments for major crimes such as killing, theft and adultery. It is questionable if any state claiming to be a islamic state actually fits in the criteria morally or structurally and hence these laws give it a bad name.
