Expert Solution

Globalization can affect benefits offered in healthcare organizations because other countries have better health insurance benefits. The U.S. can take these ideas from different countries and try to implement them into their own health insurance benefits plan.

This is the biggest benefit of globalization because of following reasons :-

  • It helps in generating new Ideas
  • Helps in modifying the existing ideas
  • Can offer better services to the   customers or patients

Globalization not only bring good from out side the country but because of the pressure the existing organizations also able to improve there services which will give benefit to the end users only. And help the organization to bring best out of them as well.

This is right that globalization is creating problems for local organization but the truth is through this many people are getting benefits if you compare the final result in health care industry.
