by the reports and data collected. Using the analytical tool to
control the working

make them focused. In addition, controlling helps the manager to

d. The forms of controls
implemented by the managers are
- Behavioral
Control: These are not just related to the action of
employees instead are used to control any action which may limit
the results. There is more concern with rules and regulation to be
followed by the employees working. This includes

compliance in the management.
- Salary credit after series of
approval. The aim is to reduce dishonesty

deviations are compared and resolve as and when they are arises.
This makes the functioning smooth and flexible. Hence controlling
with flexible feature for ultimate result.
- Feedback controls:
This occurs when the project is finished and yet deviation
occurred. These actions help to resolve the problems after they are
occurred.
Every control feature opted
by the organization is with the aim to achieve the objective of the
company. If all methods and forms of controls are opted by the
management than there will be less deviation and achievement of
goal.
