1) Evidences and reasons for the establishment of the anti-slavery laws--The constitutional laws were passed on 26th april ,1862, which stated the abolition of the anti-slavery laws and the independence of the different states of USA like New York, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Iowa,Maryland,North Carolina, South Carolina, and New Jersey. The constitution passed with the delaration from the British Government regarding the abolition of the slavery laws and providing equal opportunity and status to the people of the country from different races and ethnic background. The other rules includes the power and authority of the people living in the society to choose their government by election and the power to remove and dethrone the government if they think that the power and functioning of the government is not proper. The other rule states that the independent states of USA should have the power of authority to fight for their freedom against the improper and unjustified rules of the government. In 1778, the articles and rules of the government were established and followed keeping in view the anti-slavery laws.
2)James Madison proposed twelve amendments for the first congress in 1989. This includes the virginia declaration of rights and The first amendment establishes the lack of freedom to establish or practise a religion. There will be fundamental freedom to live and right. The second amendment gives the right to preserve and use arms. The third amendment prohibits the use of forces for security reasons in homes. The fourth amendment includes the protection of the privacy of the people at homes.Fifth amendment inlcudes the protection of criminals until they are proven guilty. Six amendment includes the trial and hearing of justice within a short span of time. Seventh amendment includes the trial by jury.Eight amendment is prohibition of justice in criminal cases with no bail, ninth amendment states retain their fundamental rights in society and tenth amendment includes the transfer of the power of the states of USA to the people in the society.
3) The Lincoln-Douglas in 1854 debate includes the abolition of the anti-slavery laws and the election of the president of the United states of america after James Buchanan. Lincoln was a republican candidate for the elections and Doughlas was a democratic candidate. Lincoln met Doughlas and decided to discuss the anti-slavery laws under the treaties and constitutional rights declared by the government. Lincoln won the presidential polls and was elected the President of united states of america. The situation of Kansas was discussed under the controversial Lecompton constitution.
