To be successful to reach everest, the team should be well qualified and must have years of experience in mountain climbing prior trying to reach everest.

3. Technical expertise :

The team must have technical skills to cope up with the harsh weather conditions, survive at higher altitute with less oxygen support and most importantly all the surviving tools if you are in danger.

4. Mental tenacity :

Mental tenacity has to be balanced with the surviving conditions around you and that feeling of vulnerability.

5. Realistic ambition :

This is the most important quality that should be present in the team. The team should focus on the energy into getting prepared as long as it is something that is realistic and potentially achievable.
