How skilled are you in adopting more than one change style? On what skills do you need to work more in order to achieve this flexibility? Are you more comfortable managing top-down, bottom-up, or somewhere between these two?
It needs to be skilled enough to adopt more than one change style at a time. Change is the regular process of an organization to change the organization's external and internal scenarios continually. Thus, I am skilled enough to adopt more than one change style.
The skills that are required to work more to achieve this flexibility are as follows:
It feels more comfortable to work somewhere between the top-down approach and the bottom-up approach. Both top-down and bottom-up approach gives extraordinary power to a particular section.
Employers get more power in the top-down approach, and employees get more power in the bottom-up approach. An approach between the two must be suitable for any organization. It allows both employer and employees to apply their autonomous power through mutual decision-making. Both feel more engaged with the organization, which can ensure more productivity.
