It needs to be skilled enough to adopt more than one change style at a time. Change is the regular process of an organization to change the organization's external and internal scenarios continually. Thus, I am skilled enough to adopt more than one change style.

The skills that are required to work more to achieve this flexibility are as follows:

• Skill to communicate with anyone through both verbally and nonverbally
• Skill to convince employees about the requirements of different styles of change for the betterment of the organization
• Skill to adopt quick decision-making capability

It feels more comfortable to work somewhere between the top-down approach and the bottom-up approach. Both top-down and bottom-up approach gives extraordinary power to a particular section.

Employers get more power in the top-down approach, and employees get more power in the bottom-up approach. An approach between the two must be suitable for any organization. It allows both employer and employees to apply their autonomous power through mutual decision-making. Both feel more engaged with the organization, which can ensure more productivity.
