The most interesting and impactful concept to cyber security is "Denial of service / distributed" --

• Dinial of service and Distributed denial of service is cyber attacks that can block your organization's traffic and crash your entire network and lost revenue.
• DDos attack can hit server of your organization and the security system fail to respond in time.
• To prevent this distributed denial of service attacks, the cyber security is very important. The cyber security of denial of service attacks include --
• Develop a denial of service response plan -- Whenever DDos hits, you do not have time to think about the best steps to take, so it need to be defined in advance to enable prompt reaction and avoid impacts
• Practice basic network security -- The secure practices can include complex password which can be changed on regularly, anti phishing methods and securing the firewall that allow outside traffic.
• Secure your etwork infrastructure -- In denial of service attacks, the network security threats can only be using multilevel protection strategies in place.
• this security system include advance intrusion prevention and threat management system which includes -- Anti spam, VPN, Firewall, content filtering, load balancing and other different layers of DDos defense techniques.
• they enable consistent network protection to prevent DDos attacks from happening.  
• Maintain strong network architecture -- The organization should create different network resources so that if one server is attacked then the other server can handle extra network traffic. and the server can be located in different places geographically.
• If the resources is spread out then it is very difficult for the attackers to target.
• Consider DDos as a Service -- The DDos as a service represent more flexibility for environments which combine third party resources and in house resources or it can be dedicated server hosting.
