1. A and B
Microbiome is a group of microorganisms present in some living organisms and specific habitats.
Prions will not have microbiome because they are proteinaceous viral sub particles and are smaller than
even viruses.
2. Brain
Rest all the options contain microbiome.
3. Bacteria
Archaebacteria is not found in human being because they live under extreme environmental condition in which human being cannot survive. Viruses, fungus and protozoans are associated with disease point they are normally not present in human body but are present only when a disease is present.
4. D
Virulence factors are those factors which help the bacteria to develop disease and to to be able to grow well in its living host.
Plasmid containing genes for antibiotic resistance help the bacteria to grow even in the presence of antibiotic.
Toxins produced by bacteria help it to grow inside a living organism by degrading its cells.
Capsules helps the bacteria to protect itself inside the host cells from being degraded.
