A health researcher is interested in the relationship between individuals participation in a stress managemet program located on site and promoted by the organization's employee wellness program. The stress management program consists of yoga, guided visualization, mindfulness, and meditation. Identify two outcomes that would be important for this study and explain how you would operationalize them. Explain where the data would come from or how you would operationalize them.
I think the question is missing out some key elements such as what exactly is the relationship the researcher is interested in studying, between individuals participation in a stress management and what ?
Assuming the second part of the relationship to be studied in our case is stress levels or productivity levels then we have the following two outcomes :
The data can be collected through pre and post program surveys, individual assesment, their work profile specifics such as project billables and then statistical tests of significance can be applied to check for the relationship between the participation in the study and the outcome of their performance at workplace.
