1. All these organisation have been set up to you have control over the international rules of the data being used and transmitted across the internet. these policies define that how the data can be used and how the data should be stored and transmitted across the internet and what are the limitations to the use of the data. It also determine that how the data should be used by the third party and how the user have the control over their data.

2. Cloud computing will be affecting these rules and regulations in a great way because of the fact that the cloud computing services often have their own security rules and how they deal with the data and they often used the data for their services to enhance the user experience and major concern is that these cloud computing services are having their own set of rules and regulations for the data storage and transmission. Another concern is that the cloud computing have a data and they can use the data for any purpose without letting the user know and if the cloud computing services are down means that we cannot use our data because it is on the cloud service.
