Regardless of immigration, what are other economic forces that might hurt domestic workers?
Domestic Workers are the ones who perform different tasks of household services such as cleaning, cooking, maintaining the house, driver, laundry to earn their daily bread.

1. PAY STRUCTURE AND WAGE STRUCTURE - Fixed low wage structure often hurts the social workers because they usually didn't get the payment according to their work. Long working hours also frustrate domestic workers. The wage system in the country directly effects the economic condition of domestic workers.
2 DIFFERENTIATION - Female workers struggle a lot. They didn't receive equal pay structure even for doing the same work They don't have many career options, some time they face problems like harassment and long working hours. Gender discrimination is increasing world wide day by day.
3. ABUSE AND HARASSMENT - Domestic workers often face verbal sexual abuse at their workplace and also became a part of harassing jokes. Sometimes female workers also face sexual abuse. Sometimes abuse and harassment forces to the domestic workers to even commit suicide.
4. JOB INSECURITIES - Domestic workers often get fired due to their small mistakes or face pay cuts, which are the biggest economic problems in many countries. Survival became difficult for domestic workers. They always work under pressure because of their job insecurities
5. WORK-LIFE BALANCE - Domestic workers don't have the luxury of a fixed week off so that they don't have time for their families as well as for themselves, they can't even celebrate any festival because of their work-life.
6. SACRIFICES - They sacrifice their family time, their survival, their needs, and sometimes their self-respect but still they didn't even get their basic needs of life.
