Statement of interest for the program of choice:

The novel approaches in caregiving and associated research-oriented learning in Masters of Nursing intended to escalate the position of nurses has been of immense interest to me. Even before joining the undergraduate program, my intention was to do research in this field, which could be really useful for the generations to come. For me, Masters in Nursing is not only a stepping stone but in fact, is the final stepping stone in the stairs towards my ambition. In one of the most challenging careers of modern times, especially in light of the pandemic, I have a strong desire to contribute to the wellbeing of my fellow citizens. It doesn’t matter whether my role will be as a frontline health worker or as a teacher or as a decision-maker, I do believe that I would be able to make a difference in the present health scenario.

To reach these goals, I think, I should be learned in various aspects of caregiving so that I wouldn’t have a knowledge deficit as a hurdle on my way towards the target. I firmly believe that I can reach my goal with the help of a Masters in Nursing, which will equip me with the required theoretical understanding, practical approaches, decision-making ability, analytical skills, and research skills.

Being an ardent admirer and a user of modern computer applications with good quantitative and qualitative skills as well as my experience in various undergraduate projects in healthcare, I have good confidence in my problem solving and other abilities required for a student of Masters in Nursing.
