Expert Solution

1) The components of environmental education are :

  • Awareness and sensitivity - Mindfulness and awareness is the way of being aware of the various turfs and difficulties of the environment and getting oneself ready.
  • Knowledge and learning - The reason of the difficulties and the drawbacks of the society that may be helpful in gaining the knowledge and then acting accordingly
  • Attitudes - A way of maintaining sincerity and opting a sympathetic approach to upgrade the environment
  • Skills - The aptitude that can be used to deal with the problems and the black marks of the environment while keeping up with the modern trends.
  • Participation - Ways to invest in funds and projects that may act indirectly to reduce the environmental problems.

2) The best approach is the awareness of the situation and being knowledgeable. Unless and until someone is aware of the happenings of the environment and become totally related to the condition, one cannot gain the awareness tip and neither can gain and gather knowledge to deal with that thing. Mindfulness is necessary to gain access to the hidden agenda of the environmental problems and then acting to gather and store knowledge for ways to solve them.
