2. Technological advancements: An organization which has developed itself as a technologically advanced organization with all the latest technologies incorporated into its system is able to serve the customers in a better manner and establishes itself as a market leader.
3. Customized experience: The organization which offers customized experience to its customers as per their requirements and preferences and comes up with customized set of products and services stands better than other organizations that have inflexible approach.
