The three categories with examples of key components making
effective teams are discussed below-
1. Communication- communication is an important component of
effective team because if the communication between the team
members is not good and they are not constantly updating each Other
about the progress going on in the work the team will never perform
at its optimum level.
2. Delegation-Delegation is also an key component of effective team
management if the team members are not delegated according to their
strength and weakness the team can never function effectively. For
example if team members are delegated work according to their
strength they will enjoy the work and the team will function at its
peak.
3. Efficiency-A strong and cohesive team is developed to follow
effectively to complete the task in a timely manner. For example
the team working together will be aware of their own capability and
the casualties of the group in the general and can organize the
work load on each other accordingly.
