Myocardial infection. This is regularly called as heart attack and caused because of lack of blood flow to the heart. Blood flow is stopped because of blood clots were blocked. Without the supply of blood, tissue loses oxygen and results in heart failure and heart attack.

Collaborative management:- Aim of this collaborative management is to improve patient outcomes, provide best care, satisfaction, etc.

Collaborative management of myocardial infarction:-

* More death rates( approximately 50%) among all patients of heart attack were died because of late arrival to the hospital. So ,in case of myocardial infarction they can call 911, emergency number for ambulance.

* The person have to cough vigorously, if he is alone. So that the blood supply can be done properly.

* Take aspirin immediately in case of myocardial infarction.

* This is caused because of irregular rythm of heart beats called arrhythmias. So In case of arrhythmias avoid nicotine, alcohol, illegal drugs, overeating, etc.

* In hospitals, doctor uses the techniques that can make the blood flow proper.

* Treatments that will be suggested by doctor is thrombolysis, angioplasty or combination of the both.
