Discuss how to balance demands from international stakeholders who have conflicting requirements (i.e., European-based business subject to GDPR doing business in the United States).

• In scope management,the main idea i to create the project scope. The project scope tells what is a project's goal.The base of project scope is stakeholders requirements.
  • Whenever we are balancing the stakeholder's requirements,we should make sure that ,the objectives of the project meets them.Objectives clearly specifies ,what are the requirements of a project. Once the objectives are met,then the requirements tied to it will be met
  • There will be lots of requirements. The requirement, which is more important should be given higher priority. If the important requirements are not met,then it may lead to project failure.
  • We should give more importance for customer requirements. This is because,at the end result of a project is the customer. So,whenever if there is a conflict between requirements,then customer requirements should be given more priority.h
  • The conflict should be solved smoothly. While resolving ,if any side is unhappy,this will be a huge risk to the project. An unhappy stakeholder may not support the project ,or may not perform well,where we need it's output.
