Basically students don't mention about Accounting Information System as many of them think that is computer based system. However, accounting information system is noting but structure that business use to collect, store, manage, process , modify, report its financial data for analysis and decision making propose. However students are unfortunately not aware of it.The student need to expertise it to get aware of entity financial information what are the adopted by the entity, how the data is organised and analyzed, what are the internal controls exists and what are firthur needed to be adopted and so on.The institutes in current computerised environment fails to explain the students the need of learning about Accounting Information System.Having a sufficient knowledge in accounting won't be sufficient and along with such that knowledge in accounting they also need to learn about Accounting Information Systems for being a accounting expert in future.
