Many times goods and services are used in common, however they
both differ.
Goods refer to the physical commodity , something which need to be
exchanged physically , tangible from the seller to buyer. Goods can
be returned and there is transfer of ownership of goods from the
seller to buyer.
Whereas the service refers to the benefit or help given by the
seller to the buyer . This is not tangible and can not be returned
to the seller.
ESPN is selling services in the form of sports channels , on TV
mobile and internet services.
Core benefit of the ESPN is providing the access to sports on live
basis to the sports lovers in realtime basis and across the world
entertain the people
Actual product of the ESPN is the live coverage of the sporting
games and doing the entertainement of the audience and fans.
Augmented produts of the ESPN are the recording of the past games
available to its customers and audience , also the detailed
analysis of the various games.
