Real estate broker can act as real estate buying agent as well as real estate selling agent for many of their clients

Real estate buying agent will be looking for all such properties which we are offering his clients the lowest possible cost and the best possible value and maximization of his overall benefits so he will be looking from the buyers perspective because he is an agent of the buyer and he will be trying to maximize interest of the buyer and the real estate buying agent are completely trying to look for cost cutting and best possible house as per the needs of the buyer.

Real estate selling agent will be looking for selling the property of the client by attracting the highest bid and he will be different from the real estate buyer agent as he will try to attract highest possible bid for the house is client is wanting to sell and he will be trying to look for the best possible bid and maximize the rate of return of its principal who is the seller.

hence it can be said that the duties of a agent from the perspective of the buyer and seller are different.

real estate commission will be the amount of charge made by the brokers from the buyer or the seller or when they are trying to facilitate them with their service of providing them with the assistance regarding buying and selling.
