Conduct web and library research to get more information about the Consumer Purchasing Process (also called the Consumer Buying Process). Then, identify three purchase decisions you have made over the past few years and prepare a report documenting your experiences as a consumer related to the consumer purchasing process and the concepts of retail marketing discussed in the course. Examples of purchase decisions could include a computer, automobile, consumer electronics, clothing, jewelry, vacation, or choice of college.

Consumer Buying behaviour means that it is the decision that are taken by the consumer before buying a product. The consumers make many researches before purchasing a product.
It involves a variety of process in the consumer purchasing process.

1) Need recognition: It means the customer have to analyse the need for the purchase an particular item. 2 years ago i am in need of a laptop for my studying process. So that is my need over therem

2) Identifying the alternatives: It means that the identification of differnt alternatives for that need availabke in the market.
In above cases there are two alternatives one is ipad and the other one is laptop.

3) Evaluating the alternatives: In this process we have to evaluate the identified alternatives for the better choice of item for that specific need.
I choose laptop for my need in the above case.

4) Purchase related decisions: It means that the decisions that are taken to purchase that product where we can find that product if it is available in online or offline and searching for more offers to reduce the cost. I decide to buy the laptop from online platform named Amazon and it have a cashback offer so i bought it from there.

5) Post purchase behaviour: Post purchase behaviour means that the review after the purchase and the use of the item that is purchased. The review for my laptop is very excellent and now it is in excellent condition.
