Government should be involved in managing the economy and economic development because government is the ultimate body which will be responsible for collection of the taxes and management of the taxes through preparation of the budget and allocation of those collections on different part of the the economy and society in order to improve them.

Management of an economy is important from the perspective of government because it will help in collection of more taxes and it will also help in generation of employment as well as attracting foreign direct investments into the country and it will also help in long run by being a powerful nation across the globe.

government spending will be helping in creation of the jobs because it will be helpful in generation of opportunities for various sections of the societies and it will also help in increase of credit flow or the money flow in the entire economy so that there would be higher possibility of generation of a higher gross domestic products to help economy grow
