Expert Solution

The followings ways can be adopted in difficulties for delivery in Covid-19 situation:

1) Refund: In case of difficulty in delivery of goods to customers, enterprises can refund the customer. This is better for the customer as he/she can search for other supplier.

2) Late Delivery: Enterprises can request the customer for late deliveries. Customers understand the situation and would accept the late delivery option.

3) Part Delivery: Suppose there's a huge order to deliver at a particular space. In this Covid situation there's a shortage of labour. In this case enterprises should ask their customers to accept the delivery in part.

4) Minimum order: There can be situations when a customer needs only a product worth $8-10. In normal conditions, an enterprise doesn't have any problem in delivering the single product. But as discussed above, in Covid-19 situation, there's labour problems and hence enterprises don't have enough resources to deliver small orders. Therefore, they keep a minimum order criteria for delivery.
