1. Among poached egg and hard boiled egg - hard boiled eggs are preferred because there will be less risk of salmonella infection in a hard boiled egg than in poached eggs.
2. Among boiled potatoes and French fries- boiled potatoes are preferably because boiled potatoes can be included in a healthy diet along with other vegetables but french fries are included in junk food and french fries increase risk of diabetics & high in trans fats.
3. Among found meat and slice of meat - we can prefer ground meat because it contains more protein than slice of meat. But have more calories & saturated fats,So should be managed in portion sizes. Even grounded meat because easy to digest.
4. Among dried eggplant and fried egg plant - dried eggplant are preferably because dried eggplant will not add excess fats to egg plant and will not effect it's nutritional value ( egg plants are good source of vitamin B and helps in balancing cholesterol levels) . But fried eggplant can absorb more fat than even french fries.
5. Among cold chicken sandwich and fried chicken salad - cold chicken sandwich is preferably because thought cold sandwich add into healthy foods but fried chicken salad is anyhow increase fat content in it( fried foods are not preferably over unfriend).
6. Among yoghurt and milk - preferred is yoghurt because it increases nutritional values of milk. Yoghurt have a high protein content than that of milk.
