INTRODUCTION

This field study of employee Surveys offers a method for studying how people feel to take survey's whether they are dissatisfied with taking computer based surveys, why do we have nonrespondees in the form and what would they feel to fill a form.As per the previous research people are not willing to take web based surveys.There are many issues which discouraged people from taking the online survey.Results will be discussed in the terms of factors driving the non response, attitude towards the medium and data representativeness.

DESCRIPTION

In recent times many organizations have shifted from paper based surveys to web based surveys, and reported a decline in response rates.Some of the people thinks that people who are not intrested and reading the questions are highly skipping the survey.

Although, now a days internet has become major means of service in terms of data collection and storage, research is required to verify its prons and cons.The main purpose of this is to determine how employee feels while taking the survey and why are feeling dissatisfied.In addition to this the consequences of non responses are examined by looking at the data provided by the personnel who choose to complete the whole survey.

ASSUMPTIONS:

Although there are great results in web based surveys people are now focusing to research on non responses.These include a lack of bandwidth, access to particular technology which makes them to complete the survey easily, quality of the data or security to their data.

Many of them assumed that privacy of their data and data security would be the key factor for non responding to the web surveys.Though nearly seventy percent of the people are taking the survey,they noted that technology problems caused some people to dislike webbased surveys.
