Ans.1. Modern State: Modern State is a state in which country controlled by one political organisation who shares the same common values or cultures. All the powers and decision making authority lies in the hand of central government.

Significance:

Transparency : A modern state is always focus on ensuring right information to the general public, so that they are aware of each and every laws framed by central authority.

Equality: All the people lives in modern state are getting fair treatment, that's why the gap between rich and poor is very low as compared to nation state.

Stable Government : A stable government has a strong commitment to achieve long term goals and objectives within a specified time. On the other hand, unstable government.

Nation Sovereign State: Nation Sovereign state is a state in which majority of the population choose the one representative who manages and controlled the decision making authority of the country.

Significance:

Equal chance: every political organisation has a equal chance to contest in election and choosen by the general public.

Rights to ask question: In nation sovereign state, every citizens in a country has a equal rights to ask question to the government about functioning of the different departnent, progress report of government schemes etc.

Conclusion: Finally I would like to conclude that Both Modern state and Nation sovereign state has advantages and disadvantages in some areas.
