Q1: Critical elements for international success
Which ones are correct, there are more than one correct answers
Options A. Respect for regional differences and D. Cross-cultural communication are correct.
These are all critical elements for international success. Going global means people from different region and different culture will work together. To maintain healthy and prosperous working environment, people need to respect for regional differences and promote cross-cultural communication in the organization. This will help bridging the regional and cultural gap across te organization.
On the other hand, 'Effective communication so that all parties understand English' is not correct. Though English is widely used, but still communicating language depends on the preferred language of the region. Business must transform itself according to the regional preferences in order to capture market share. 'Learning skills in proper etiquette' again is not directly related to the international success of an organization. It is good to learn skills in proper etiquette and it is required by every organization may be it is global or regional. It can not be categorized as critical element.
