The various types of nursing diagnosis includes the following:

It includes the risk for frail elderly syndrome.
4. Syndrome
5. Possible nursing
6. Nutrition
This includes the risk for overweight, obesity.
7. Coping up or stress tolerance.
This may include mood regulation which is impaired.
NANDA PRIORITY NURSING DIAGNOSES FOR POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME.
The Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the condition of ovarian dysfunction in the women. It is also associated with chronic anovulatory infertility ans Hyperandrogenism.
It is further associated with acne or hirsutism, weight gain, type 2 diabetes and even cardiovascular disease.
The symptoms of PCOS is present at the puberty or in the years reproductive in women.
1. Pelvic and physical examinations: such as measuring the blood pressure, height and weight should be done. A routine test for pelvic and physical examination should be done.
2. Laboratory studies: Informations through the laboratory measurement such as thyroid stimulating hormoes, FSH, LH, prolactin should be conducted. Total cholesterol level should be diagnonized.
3. Ultrasonography: this helps to diagnonise the PCOS. It is associated with the irregularities of the menstrual cycle, obesity and hyperandrogenisation.
