What is induction reasoning and deduction reasoning testing and give own example for each. The example should in the area of business research.
Inductive Reasoning Test:
Inductive reasoning test is logical process in which multiple premises, which are true or beleived to be true are used to make a specific conclusion. The accuracy of inductive reasoning is questionable as it is possible that conclusion derived from the inductive reasoning is not absolutely true. The conclusion is probable.
For example: Brand A company advertise its cold drink to be most refreshing drink and it shows in the advertisement that a runner is really thirty and drinks this cold drink and feel refreshed. This advertisement uses inductive reasoning as the cold drink which satisfied that runner may not satisfy the consumers, thus the conclusion is not absolute true.
Deduction reasoning test:
Deductive reasoning test is a logical process in which conclusion is based on multiple premises which are true and logical and the conclusion drawn from it is also true. the assumptions used in deductive reasoning are true and logical thus the conclusion is also true.
For example: Suppose your company is a only producer of specific part used in manufacture of bikes, you can advertise your product by telling your customers that you are only producer of this specific part, and if your assumption is true and then your conclusion will also be true and you will be able to sell your product to all the bike manufacturers.
