You are a new company that have just opened up. You need to implement a privileged user training module for privileged users. What should the awareness training include and how will it be enforced?
As we know that training helps in understanding the inherent technicalities and usability for the specific audience as per the needs of the organization. A newly opened business should try to design a training module which caters user friendliness, cost savings, effective delivery of requisite information or contents to the end users.
This type of training can be delivered through,
1) Direct visits of trained managers to the door step of end users. In this way, through technological advancement, they will be taught or imparted basic skills about the usages of the products or services delivered.
2) A chat bot can be designed so that customers can be in position to solve many sudden requirements in 24*7.
3) All the features of products and services and its awareness must be imparted in a phase wise manner. Online modules and usage related videos can be made and should be sent to users for self assistance .
4) All the basic and critical features should be provided by a telesales representative after the sales of the products and services. This awareness should be based on motto that all the complexities should be understood by the end user .
