BEHAVIOR BASED
SAFETY : Is approach to applying behavioral
attain a phychology to encourage the safety in work field.
- It helps employees identify and choose a safe behavior over
unsafe.
- Safety in the work place is a combination of three
measurable components i.e person ,their environment and their
behavior. Only when these three are combined can workplace
accidents are eliminated.

of behavior-based safety:
