The company should be capable of selling the items that the economy demands and those items should be affordable by different classes of the people of the economy. Before the establishment a thorough market research should be conducted.

The company should be aware about the political environment of the country and what are the rules and regulations it needs to follow while being part of the US market.

The social and cultural factors of the people of the country should be considered . The US has mainly the high class people and hence the demands of the people will also be standard and the products or services should be as per the demand.

Before the establishment the company must check the financial assets with itself whether they will support the company in its proper establishment or not. If the company lacks in this area then its success will be questioned.
