Overview: CoffeeBrewers, Inc., the company that you work for, has developed an app it plans to release to customers to help promote its sales. Customers enter the type of pastry or sandwich they are going to have, and the app provides suggestions for the kind of coffee that is best suited to pair with their meal. In an email to the software development team, identify what type of research method is likely to produce the best results for testing the app: a survey, focus group, interview, observation, or field trial, explain how the research method can be applied in this matter and why it will be effective in yielding useful results.
I write about the research method for the company development application. I would recommend an interview as the best research method based on research and the urgency of the result. An interview is advisable because we can obtain information from our clients first-hand. Secondly, we will have adequate personal data on our business and the app as we ask multiple questions in the various app areas. Thirdly, because we get it from the real customers, we will have genuine information. Four, in comparison with other means, interviews are cheap and simple, because a customer who has some trouble can request assistance immediately. In the end, for business and other uses, interviews can be recorded, for example, we can make an ad using the clip and much more.
The interview will take place in one country but in more than 20 venues, 5 schools, 5 churches, 5 companies and 5 towns of the random. These five groups will each have 20 members. The interview will take place in three phases. The first thing that will teach participants is how the app works, i.e. where they can get it, how to install it, how to search for and how to obtain more information , e.g. on costs. Then you can use the app and you will be interviewed based on this once you've tried it. A team of people the company chooses to interview will complete a questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of: the details of the participants and multiple questions to be answered. I'm very happy to hear from you.
