Intellectual Capital	Physical Asset
Most of the companies are dependent on the most part of the intellectual capital which is related to the persons skills, talents , abities to work and the knowledge of any employee or the personal The manufacturing or the different aspects all need the intellectual capital such as the Talent and knowlege except of which the Physical assets of no use	As when a peron works according to his business requirements and tries to implement your intellectual capital on a large scal the physical assets are been needed like buildings cabinets, devices , machineries etc. This is also an importans aspect for gaining more profits and make the organisation look good and the implementation of the intellectual capital

Explicit knowledge	Tactic Knowledge
Knowledge which can be easily experessed , written and tranferred from one place to the other This may be codified Transferable easily This can be stored and been recorded in the physical form or the electronic form	Knowledge which one gains from the experience of his own and cannot be so easily expressed to the another person This can not be codified This is not easy to transfer This cannot be stored in the physical or the electronic form

Community of practice	Community of interest
This consists of the persons or the individuals those who have some sort of experience in the field of their own and can work on the live projects These are experience This may be an example of the role based community in the project management	This consists of the person or the individuals who have their interests in the domain they want to learn and have no prior experience in the related domain They are inexperienced There may be an example that there are many people who have interest in the photograpgy
