  • Most of the companies are dependent on the most part of the intellectual capital which is related to the persons skills, talents , abities to work and the knowledge of any employee or the personal
  • The manufacturing or the different aspects all need the intellectual capital such as the Talent and knowlege except of which the Physical assets of no use
  • As when a peron works according to his business requirements and tries to implement your intellectual capital on a large scal the physical assets are been needed like buildings cabinets, devices , machineries etc.
  • This is also an importans aspect for gaining more profits and make the organisation look good and the implementation of the intellectual capital
