ERP is a tool which is used in the offices to integrate different departments, like finance, marketing, operations, human resorces, etc.

Microsoft Access is used to save information. It's DBMS. It eases the process of analysing the data.

Data Analytics is searching data, filtering data to get more resourceful information

Office automation system is a generic term, It basically peratins to automating the manual activities. For instance microsoft word, excel automates the process of maintaining hardcopies of documents. So it basically tranforms the way of doing our work. All the work is automated by the computer system.
