Here, let me consider a Nongovernmental organization, name is the akshaya patra foundation, this organization is Not for profit organization, it is created based on supporting various social causes. Here, being a executive director, I need to define several strategies to support the causes, such strategies could include funding strategy, community help and get together, connectivity with various industry to retain long term commitment, connectivity with Government to get various funding help and compliances related support. The organization has their mission, vision and they want to support for a cause like removing hunger in the society by feeding improvised children, as it is necessary to support their educational initiatives.

Here, mission is to feed children in daily basis. This not for profit organization has got connected with various rural and urban schools; they are feeding their children on daily basis.
