ANS; PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF ALMOND OIL:-

The almond nut oil pale yellow in colour ,tasteless and free of sediments .it is liquid of room temperature ,non sticky in nature

The almond seed have high content of unsaturated and low saturated fatty acids ,oleic acid found in highest amount followed by linoleic ,palmitic ,stearic and palmitoleic in almond kernel oil samples.

It is a unsaturated vegetables oil, the highest saponification values of he almond oil suggest that the oilcontain high molecular weight fatty acids and low impurities .

acid value is an indicator of oil suitability for industries use.

PHYSIACL ND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF FISH OIL:-

Fish oil obtained from the tissues of oily fish ,storage stability of fish oil in water mutilayer emulsions prepared   ,it has fishy odor ,it is excellent source of highly unsaturated C20 and C22 omega -3 fatty acids. it contains lot of omega -3 fatty acids EPA and DHA as triglyceride esters and it helps in opening the hair follicles.

* physical and chemical properties of coconut oil----->

coconut oil is transparent and non sticky in nature has low melting point resistance to rancidity pleasant flavor and have good aroma consisting of about 90% saturated fatty acids coconut oil is primarily have lauric acid , myristic acid and palmitic acid although it contains 7 different saturated fatty acids. Tocopherol are the natural antioxidants property.

*PHYSICAL AND Chemical properties of palm kernel oils-----

The palm oil is an edible oil derived from the kernel of the oil palm . palm oil are composed of fatty acids ,esterified with glycerol just like any ordinary fat .It is highly saturated vegetable fats the oil give the name to the 16 carbon saturated fatty acids palmitic acid .It is semisolid at room temperature it is more saturated .
