And make sure that is good work for us, and duty makes bright us and if you have do good work for him you have able to promotion and good income, so for everywork we have do our duty with courage.
Breach : Breach is the broken promise /law and violence of low , and there have a problem of trust issues, no one have trust on you if you have doing breach. In every company one is there for broking the law and not doing good work. And he is sued for breach of the contract. And they have do legal action for breach. Of the breach ur Proformance is very low and negative view for you.
Damage : Damage is the most harmful for us. He is given always loss and negativity. And he is changing anything. And that is affect our future and currey performance. And that is the reduce the value and this is very usefulness . And the damage I'd harm for people and his result is everytime is loss. And damage is not profitable for us never.
Explanation :
The contract is a binding agreement of two or more parties that involves the duty, breach, and damage of both the parties. The parties are assigned their duties in the agreement and they would be liable for any breach of duty or damages that occurred due to the negligence.
The person who has filed the complaint is the plaintiff whereas, the person against whom the complaint is filed is the defendant.
The defendant would only be liable for the damages which have occurred due to his negligence. He would not be liable for any act for which the plaintiff was responsible.
