A conservation biologist who is in charge of managing an endangered plant population needs to be aware of each assumption before applying model outcomes to management plants because stage 3 assumptions show the rates of low birth rates and proceeding death rates. The conditions in stage 3 is type of declining as the productivity of the plants not increasing but the mortality is increasing. Moreover, as the population growth we are talking about is endangered plants, scientists need to be more careful because they are likely to be extinct in near future. So the rate at which they are decreasing each day is important for assessment of their population growth model. These models are important on basis of all the necessary conditions faced by the plant population. The death rates are low but these populations requires certain management plans for proper survival of the endangered species. So the before applying the model, the assumptions should be taken in account with respect to stage 3 of population growth models.
