Briefly describe six characteristics of a quality control officer.
The six characteristics of a quality control officer are :-
1.Analytical Skills
With analytical skills, quality managers may be able to identify those factors which are more relevant for their work.
2.High Integrity
Quality managers have high integrity and adopt ethical practices in all types of decisions and dealings. Similarly, they expect the same pattern to be followed by others.
3.Professional Competence
Professional competence refers to having thorough knowledge of the field concerned.Here the field knowledge is very important for the quality of a good control officer
4.Creativity
Creativity involves conceiving of original and unique alternatives to the solution of a problem. Creativity is required because for a good quality control officer its a vey important part of that officer
5. Decisive
Quality managers are quite decisive. They make decisions after careful analysis of the contextual variables well in time
And last,
6.Excellent Communication Skills
Communication involves sharing of ideas and understanding with others. In order to understand others and making himself understood by others, excellent communication skills are required.
