Answer of the 2nd part of question,
Yes, a strict biosecurity program is necessary for a swine farm beacuse swines are economically important animals and they are widely farmed for their meat. So, to increase the productivity and for the better health of swines the biosecurity program must be followed. By following the biosecurity program ,we can stop entry of any disease causing agent in the farm and we can also prevent the spread of the disease causing agents in the farm.so.thus we can control outbreak of any disease in swine farm.and by following the biosecurity program we can also provide the swine a good quality of food and a better place to live in .This will help to increse the productivity and all these will be economically benificial.
