Ans: Oman Labour Law:

The Labor Law in Oman or Omani Labor Law or OLL did publish with his Majesty's Decree No 35/2003. This pertains to each Omani either emigrant employers including employees, federal and individual enterprises, companies, including their subdivision, that follows each movement within the Sultanate from Oman.

The employer may dismiss the employee without notice and without paying end of service gratuity in any of the following cases:

  • If an individual worker reveals the intrigues about the endowment under which man serves.
  • If an individual worker implies any fake identification rather retreat through fraud to secure profession.
  • If an individual worker severely infringement his responsibilities to deliver each task granted against under his deal about trade.
  • If an individual worker performs a blunder that happens during a solemn stock failure over each organization, granted that specific recent record the conflict through the bothered board of directors management in three dates of each day about his awareness regarding such conflict.
