Domestication is part of genetic and evolution as human develop they develop there food also first they use to have raw food and as time pass they start having cooked food in between this they develop there own food by domesticating the wild food crop.

This process is still on going but now turn over into researcher hand who are using this technique to develop more better crop using gene pool and modern biotechnology.

Human mostly exploit Rice, wheat and corn as the main conusming food crop.

If you observe wild rice variety we can see how big leaf and small size rice is produce but now using different technique we are producing GMO rice having high vitamin-A.

Coming to the wheat now wheat is producing having more fiber then 10000 years ago wheat with high production rate.

Finally corn which is part of biofuel producing industry also is been having high nutrition content with long shelflife.
