What does the evidence show us about the rate of failure associated with entrepreneurial ventures? 300 words
There is a high rate of failure associated with enterprenual ventures because entrepreneurs are generally very high risk takers and they often undertake some projects believing that it is going to fail but they do not give up as they have that undying approach and never giving up approach, so that they keep on changing their goals but not every project can succeed.
high rate of failure can always be attributed to the high risk taking capability of the entrepreneur adventures and never diversification of their risk and not getting enough capital at start of there life cycle.
This can also be attributed to selfish natures of entrepreneur who wants to make the most of their ventures and they sell out at early stages in order to make high gains and not make the company highly successful.
There could be a lot of startups which have failed miserably and even they are running onto high losses and that makes them very difficult to sustain because in the long run when the cycle will be unfavourable, these companies would collapse under the huge debt they have filed upon.al
There need to be Better management of the activity in order to avoid going bankrupt or unsuccessful because there could be also be some approaches related problem as they are centralised with their entrepreneurand function like a one man company rather than being a diversified one.
