The nation has improved in responding to the natural disasters and the catastrophic power outage but by the increasing threats of the natural disasters,cyber threats and other factors it prepares for a new challenge in recovering quickly from the power outage.In this both public and private attention to prepare and recover from the catastrophic power outage and the other risk else this would leave the nation with power shortage,communication,water supply and other factors affecting the human daily needs.

The united states should respond in the best way to these by designing the best approach to this and also for the response and action towards the power outage that provide the federal governance and leading to the incentives required from the government to all the individuals also improve the understanding of how cascading failures in these will lead to poor infrastructure.They should 1.Design a federal design where they are able to reduce the power outage 2.Provide guidance and resource for the cities and communities to help co-locate.3.Design the portfolio financial support where they will be able to help4.Conduct few series of excercise of this catastrophic power outage to understand the loops in it.5 ensure that the all the pipes in link with the process is appropriate and in standard.6 Develop a emergency communication responder which will help and quickly restore the function.
