Expert Solution

After implementation, evaluation must be done for any project/ software.

The 3 benefits that the evaluating solutions will give are,

  1. To check whether the project meets all the user requirements -- so if you perform evaluation right after implementing the software then you can know whether the project meet its requirements or not, whether it is giving correct and expected results or not. Therefore to check all these the evaluation of solutions is much important.
  2. Know the strengths and limitations of the software-- so if the evaluation is performed , you will get to know what are the strengths of your developed software and what are the limitations as well. That means how the software give its results in what particular situations and inputs. You must make trails n number of times to come to a conclusion. So if it is not efficient means you will get a chance to improve it. So for this purpose evaluation is must and should.
  3. Protects the reputation of the organisation -- evaluation leads to quick identification of the issues and gives appropriate solutions as well. By this the company gets good name. If you lack in this matter the customers will not show any interest in working with you further.
